1. Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time may be longer during:


  • Holidays
  • Product launches
  • High-volume sales (Black Friday, restocks, etc.)



You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email when your order has shipped.





2. Shipping Times & Delivery



Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Estimated U.S. Shipping Times:


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days



These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.





3. Shipping Rates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Order weight
  • Shipping address
  • Chosen shipping method



We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.





4. Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.





5. Incorrect Address



It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for:


  • Re-shipping fees
  • Additional charges from the carrier (if any)



We do not issue refunds for orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.





6. Lost or Stolen Packages



MillionHairsOrganics is not responsible for:


  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed to the carrier



Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.





7. Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)



We will assist you with a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.





8. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.


Customers are responsible for:


  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties



These charges are not included in your order total.





9. Pre-Orders or Custom Items



If an item is listed as pre-order, your entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
